Number	Key	‌Function
1	Receiver	‌Receives audio.
2	Power LED indicator	Indicates call status, message status, and charging status.
3	Phone screen	‌Displays call information.
4	Soft keys	Access functions directly, depending on the operating situation.
5	Message key	Access voicemail or missed calls.
6	Speakerphone key	Switch between the receiver, headset and hands-free modes. Answer an incoming call. Place a call in the hands-free mode.
7	Navigation keys	Scroll through information or options on the screen.
8	OK key	Confirm actions or enter the main menu.
9	On-hook key/power key	Return to the previous screen (press briefly). Return to the idle screen (long press). Turn the handset on (press). Turn the handset off. Cancel actions or end a call. Reject an incoming call.
10	Off-hook key	Answer an incoming call. Enter the redial calls list. Place a call in the receiver or headset mode.
11	Keypad	‌Input digits, letters, and special characters.
12	TRAN key	Transfer a call to another party.
13	Mute key	Toggle the mute feature on or off.
14	Microphone	Picks up audio.
15	Speaker	Outputs audio in the hands-free mode.
16	Volume Key +/-	Adjust volume.
17	Emergency Alarm Button	Long-press for 2 seconds to set off the emergency alarm. Note: The emergency button on the Yealink W59R is not configured through NFON provisioning. If required, it must be configured manually by the Partner. For detailed steps, please refer to the official Yealink W59R manual.
